Review: BoA- disturbance 보아_그런 너

Gosh. I love it already. I mean- being a fan of Boa, I've got to admit that I'm biased with this- but it's beautiful anyway to someone who's not even a huge fan like I am.
So the camera slides past, and we see taemin. He looks so frigging good. I'm glad they've shown his more masculine side of him in this music video. His hair in sherlock did not do him any justice. I can't even believe he's only nineteen- he looks at leasat in his late twenties in this!
The music starts playing and he's looking out the window- looking all sad. You can tell that this music video is gonna be just like crying and fighting and a few flashbacks to the happy times...gosh- why are music videos so predictable sometimes? Come on- we need more of a different storyline please!
There's a shot of a time sand thing-  I don't know what they're called- but I'm guessing that it's showing how their relationship is dying through time. Reading the lyrics- this interpretation is completely correct.
''Your gradually cold (attitudes during our) contacts and meetings''.
The next scene is BoA singing to him. She's singing the words that she's actually saying to him- like the song was written for him (quite obviously). ''I can no longer remember the way you used to look at me
and your warm hugs''. The direct active voice in the song makes her words more powerful because she's singing it to the first person ''you'' rather than the third person ''him''. For example ''I can no longer remember the way he used to look at me'' compared to ''I can no longer remember the way you used to look at me''. Now if taemin were to listen to it- which one would make him feel sadder?
The scenes are shot inside a really vintage like room- which really reminds me of the coffee shop in ''only one (drama vers)''. This is probably used to promote her other songs- which I have no problem with since I think she deserves more attention if I'm being honest (here, being biased again).
Yep- and here comes the lovey dovey scenes- taking pictures on their day out etc. *Sigh* I guess it does play an important role in showing us the contrast of their relationship from before to after- which does reflect on the lyrics of time killing their relationship. Ah- maybe there's more to everything in the music video- or am I just over analysing this?
I think to improve the music video- they should've shown BoA and taemin and their relationship into the future- did they break up? Or did they stay together? We just see taemin at the end looking at the time sand jar thingee. It all seems a bit mysterious- but enough with that already. I'll just presume it's the screenwriter that's lazy and wants us to think about what happens to their relationship instead of showing us.
All in all- a good music video. Lovely song, powerful lyrics and a soft voice to suit the music :)
